Mr. Todd Gutschow retired from Fair Isaac & Company in February 2003. Prior to retiring, Gutschow spent 16 years with HNC Software Incorporated (acquired by Fair Isaac), a company he co-founded in 1986. While with HNC, Gutschow played a number of significant roles in the development and commercialization of the company¹s software and hardware products. In particular, he has been instrumental in developing neural network applications in a number of industries including banking, insurance, direct marketing and retailing. Prior to starting HNC, Gutschow spent three years with TRW Military Electronics and Avionics Division in San Diego. Gutschow is an active supporter of many San Diego organizations. In addition to serving as a Trustee for Hubbs-SeaWorld Research Institute, Todd is President of the Poway Unified School District’s Board of Education, he is also a member of the board of the Classroom of the Future Foundation and the Chair of the Board of Governors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego. He is also a member of the Poway Unified School District’s Citizens’ Oversight Committee and the San Diego Foundation’s Scholarship Committee. Gutschow holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from Harvard University. He lives in Poway with his wife, Mari and has three sons. He is a part-time avocado grower and a coach for the Poway Slammers Kids Wrestling Club.
